Dr. Michelle Lingao served as an associate editor of the newly published book on Pediatric Ophthalmology and Strabismus. This comprehensive guide to diagnosis and management is a valuable resource to help doctors around the Philippines provide appropriate and timely care for young patients.
In case you didn’t know, Dr. Lingao underwent fellowship training in Pediatric Ophthalmology and Adult Strabismus at the UP-PGH, and Ocular Genetics at the Will’s Eye Institute in Philadelphia, USA. She is also very active in research. She has published several scientific papers and has given presentations in both local and international conferences.
At present, Dr. Lingao also serves as a Clinical Associate Professor at the UP-PGH’s Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Science.
